Returns & Refund

At INFINITY STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or products with hygiene concerns (unless defective).

  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us at info@goinfinitystore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
